Alaska Court System—Educational Outreach Programs


Mission: to foster Law-Related Education and Civic Learning Opportunities for Alaskans of all ages.  



GRADE LEVELS:K-12, College, Adult

      Supreme Court LIVE (High School)
      “iCivics” (Grades 5-10, with emphasis on middle schools)
      Law Day (May 1st)
“Justice for All” Art Contest (K-12) (March 15 Deadline)
      Color of Justice (High School & College)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
There are 44 court locations statewide and most local courts can arrange tours and classroom visits for students.  Interested teachers can contact their local court or the Area Court Administrator for their judicial district.
